When you get it home, to make sure that it does all the tricks that is mentioned on the box, you MUST make sure that it is switched to the ON position (and not just the TRY ME) position otherwise it won't do much. You can find that switch, along with the area to change batteries inside it's tummy.

Many people who have complained that this dog is boring and only moves occassionaly probably still have it on the 'try me' switch.

Once it is ON, it will act very lifelike. It flips, wags its tail, barks like a real dog and more. He also rolls over onto his side and then right back (he doesn't roll completely over, its more a roll onto his back and then return the same way).

It ranges in price from around $30, right up to $60 depending on where you buy it and whether it is on sale or not. You'll find that around Christmas time, Amazon usually has some good deals on it. It's a much smaller dog that the Furreal Friend Biscuit My Lovin Pup dog.
